To give additional ammunition carriage capacity, this mini rig previously allowed convenient mounting high on the chest.  An innovative new design allows the rig to be mounted as before on the chest, but also on the thigh or to be worn as a bandoleer.  The rig is essential for situations where ammunition capacity is a concern.
