KEY CAPABILITIES
/ TACTICAL CLOTHING

We specialise in combat-proven clothing designed to perform in the field. Our focus is always on improving and refining our products so they work with you, not against you.
By working directly with frontline units worldwide, we gather essential feedback to refine our designs and ensure our kit meets the demands of real operations.
No two missions are the same, so your gear needs to adapt as well. We have a proven track record of working closely with customers to develop solutions tailored to their specific operational requirements.
Collaborating with both customers and suppliers enables us to produce high-performance garments like our flight suits. We use static-reducing conductive fibres in polycotton blends with FR treatments, resulting in kit trusted by Air Ambulance crews nationwide.
We regularly work to EN ISO standards for high visibility, ensuring our products deliver reliable performance both in testing and in real-world conditions.
We apply the same attention to detail across all our designs. Using no-melt, no-drip materials, inherent FR jerseys, and focusing on heat management in every environment, we build kit to keep you safe and performing at your best.
Our experience building outerwear that performs is proven by products like the B110 Combat Smock. Our drive to refine and perfect has led to a full clothing system, not just individual pieces, delivering cutting-edge performance across the board.
Our Elite Range shows our commitment to the technical details required to build excellent outerwear. From the Stealth range, using 3-layer laminates to build a reliable waterproof, to the Vulcan range, using Primaloft Gold with varied weights across the garment to match your body temperature. The Hurricane uses DWR-treated lightweight minirip for a windbreaker that packs so small you won’t notice it till you need it, while the Spirit uses Clo Vivo Tecknica perforated insulation with body-matched weights to create the ultimate active insulation jacket, with the Phantom jacket combining elements from the Vulcan and the Stealth to create a superb insulated waterproof jacket.
More than just designing single garments, we combine the technology, design and requirements, following our ethos: Fabric, Fit, Function.

Every project is driven by our core design ethos: Fabric, Fit, Function. We let the needs of the end user define our specifications from the start.
Focusing on these elements at every stage of a product’s development keeps us focused on fulfilling the stated goals, resulting in a design that meets both our standards and the operational needs of our customers.
From our origins creating improved versions of issued chest rigs, we have stuck to the idea of improving on what already exists. Through developing pouches, bags, vests and plate carriers, we have refined our understanding of what matters to the end user. Adopting new technology and research helps us to refine these concepts, resulting in products like our E9 Ergo Vest, the result of lab testing load distribution and motion tracking.
We have proven our capability to develop and manufacture for OEM and collaborative projects, from specialised antenna covers to camouflage developments and reimagined historical kit.
/ TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

By working with global suppliers, manufacturers, and our sister company Dinsmore Textiles, we source and develop a wide range of advanced materials. From mechanical stretch fabrics that provide flexibility without elastic fibres, to waterproof laminates and top-tier insulation, we select textiles that deliver the best solutions for your needs.
Working closely with customers and our network of frontline professionals, we constantly review feedback and specifications to ensure our designs meet your expectations.
We offer a wide range of fabric technologies, working with our sister mill to select the correct materials and treatments for each application, including:
– DWR, Durable Water Repellent treatments. Applied to fabrics from polycottons to nylons, providing our fabrics with an additional layer of water repellency. We work with both C6 and C0 treatments, balancing environmental impact with the demands of the end user.
– NIR, Near InfraRed compliance. Ensuring that the patterns and brightness of the colour or camouflage pattern still perform in the NIR spectrum.
– Inherent FR, Inherent Flame Retardant. Fabrics with natural FR properties, meaning that there is no surface treatment to wear away or wash off.
All design work is carried out at our Exeter HQ, where we collaborate with our in-house factory and production partners to sample and refine each design. This keeps our experience and expertise close at hand for any specification you require.
